Richard Tyler

CEO and Founder 
Tyler founded Fast-Track in 1980 to establish the need for expediting and facilitating the high demand for construction services in Silicon Valley, California. Since then, he has broadened Fast-Track's offerings into a full range of development services from 
planning through project construction. Prior to Fast-Track, Tyler served in real estate development and construction services for Xerox and Comforts Construction Corporation. He has an MBA from George Washington University.

 

Ryan Radebach

President

Ryan Radebach serves as Fast-Track Construction’s President and brings more than 10 years of corporate management experience to his role with the company. Before joining Fast-Track, he developed and lead Operations at companies, including Dr Pepper Snapple Group and Red Bull North America. He graduated from the Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Safety and Environmental Management.

 

Bobby Ragasa

Senior Project Manager/Director of Operations 

Ragasa has more than 25 years of project management experience in project management. He currently manages all aspects of corporate project management, to include designing and planning, estimating, contracting and purchasing. He is mainly involved in ground-up constructions as well as tenant improvements.

 

Angela Grant

Corporate Controller 
Grant has been with Fast-Track for 23 years, now serving as Corporate Controller. She has in depth knowledge and familiarity with Fast-Track’s financial processing. She has previously served as accountant with Watt investment Properties and was formerly with Anderson Consulting as part of their management team. Grant attended UCLA, where she earned a BS in Economics and Business.

 

Paul Ramage

IT Services 
Ramage plays an integral role at Fast-Track both as a Network Administrator and as a jobsite coordinator. He has worked on insurance and remodeling projects for Snellgrove Construction and as an electrician for Kirkman Construction. Most recently, he was a network administrator/computer technician at Advanced Systems Technology. Ramage has an Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from South East College of Technology.
